C - Leathergoods machines

C02 - Cutting and parts preparation machinery

Systems, machines and equipment used for the cutting operation and preparation of leathers, linings and textile of the single component parts for article to be produced.

C02.01 - Manual shear

Manual Tool for cutting-type "guillotine", with one fixed blade and one movable sliding on vertical guides. It is used to obtain panels or bands 4 or 5 times wider than the belt that will be realized; or much more in case of watchbands. The materials that can be catted are leather, regenerated leather, synthetic or various tissues.

C02.02 - Die-cutting press

Hydraulic presses that through the dedicated tools, the punches or cutting dies , are able to perform the cutting of leather and other materials such as plastic foils. According to the configuration, the machines can be divided into clicking press with turning arm, bream press, travelling head press, automatic head. The feeding of the material can be done in a manual or automatic mode.

C02.03 - CNC dieless cutting system

Leather cutting system, tissues and synthetic materials in rolls and sheets by means of oscillating knife, said vibrating blade, mounted on a movable head by means of a bridge arm. The cutting profile is determined from information transmitted by vector files and projected directly onto the work plan for the optimal placement of shapes. Intake system for the clamping of the skin, head and multi tool system of automatic nesting complement the machine functions. Versions suitable for modeling, small and large productions

C02.04 - Laser cutting and marking system

CO2 laser with energy flow and thermal impact on the material being processed. The energy beam is guided through an optical path and focused on the cutting head mounted on a flat board (XY plotter); in more sophisticated versions also on the third axis. The thermal impact with the material, physical principle, causes a local carbonization (burnishing). Through the control and regulation of speed, time and power, the various decorative effects can be realized cutting substrate without full cut or cutting through.

C02.05 - Strip cutter

Machines for cutting strips (belts bands) of leather. There are two possible configurations, the first one equipped with circular knives on roller in which the leather is previously shaped in rectangular panels and the second with spiraling cutting.

C02.06 - Roller cutter

Make the cut in strips of material in imitation leather in rolls. It can handle different types of materials: non-woven fabrics, plastic-coated fabrics with different products, self-adhesive fabrics, quilted fabrics, foam materials. Versions with different powers cutting; dimensions in length and in depth of the coils or bobbins. Accessories devices for loading and unloading coils or bobbins and control systems are provided.

C02.07 - Piece cutter

Also known as "multi cutter" automatic system that can perform various cuts sizes and quantities: edgings, mignon, ribbons, tapes, velcro, elastic, and more. The technologies adopted for cutting are of two types: cold with scissor blade and heated blade which generates a welding effect.

C02.08 - Splitting machine

Machines which equalize the thickness of the leather, for the shoe upper parts, removing material from the flesh side. The machines can also carry out skiving edge through the use of geometry templates. Generally the range working width is including from 400 to 600 mm.

C02.09 - Skiving machine

Machine which reduces the thickness of the edges of the pieces for the object that can be realized according to the model profile requirements. The beveling or "bevel" edge is achieved through high speed rotating blade cup. The operation can be run manually or with the aid of templates. Systems configuration from traditional to computerized

C02.10 - Folding machine

Machine that fold the edge of the pieces, previously skived, on various leather goods articles; using thermoplastic adhesive and specific cutting interventions along concave and convex curves. Is available wide machine range from the simplest to the complex level including computerized control of the process parameters. An additional configuration is represented by the linear one, which executes the folding in one stage.

C02.11 - Punching machine

The machine running the "ornamental perforations"; the decorations can be combined in a row of round holes, or diamond or star shaped; on bands, for example, applied to the front side of a belt, or to form a motif along the edge of a part of a handbag, so as to provide a variety for a collection by embellishing and diversifying models. A line of holes is performed at preset intervals, at a variable distance, obtained with tiny die-cutters incorporated into block-plates; the leather pieces being drive and fed continuously.

C02.12 - Perforating, surface modification machine

Machines performing superficial modifications such as engravings, perforations and embossing for decorative purpose on wide or extended area, such as whole parts of bags and leather articles, entire leather or rolled materials up to 1500 mm wide. The technology adopted a combinations of tools mounted on linear support.

C02.13 - Plating press

The decoration and personalization parts of leather goods can be obtained using machines that can perform interventions such as plating, stamping in relief and also drilling and cutting. The machines are quite simple and are configured for this specific application using a matrix on which is impressed the pattern to realize; the result is obtained through appropriate heat and pressure according to the material. The machines print in relief, plated-polishing, for drilling of decorum and transfer of colors offer the designer the ability to customize and enhance your models.
