"The prices of clothing and footwear have remained stable and inside even during the holy month of Ramadan," Asaad Qawasmi, representative of the clothing industry at the Jordan Chamber of Commerce, told The Jordan Times, "because there is currently low demand in the local market, due to low purchasing power and the priority given to the purchase of food products during Ramadan"
