Uzbekistan, the industrial potential of the Tashkent region
An extraordinary session of the Tashkent Regional Council of Deputies was held in Nurafshan. It was attended by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. This year, $94 million will be allocated to SMEs over two years. For the districts of Piskent, Boka, Bekobod and Okkurgan, the budget of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund has been increased to 75%. $22.5 million will go to infrastructure and $2.7 million to footwear, leather and textile projects.
