Seizing growth opportunities in Bulgarian TCLF industries
Employers and unions called on the Bulgarian government to come up with an industrial strategy to make use of the growth opportunities for the country’s textile, clothing, leather, and footwear (TCLF) industries. Even as the TCLF industries employ 80,000 workers in Bulgaria, employment has gone down by 20 per cent in the past four years which is a concern.
