This system enables to set the different fleshing parameters with a few simple touches. As a matter of fact, it will be possible to create new “recipes”, thus saving certain settings and reuse them in the future.
It is possible, easily and in a few steps, to obtain exactly the desired fleshing.
A very important function, an exclusive of the Persico fleshing machines, allows to set the shading in the part of the leather overlaid by the two fleshed sides, upper and lower, in order to obtain a uniform, high-quality result.
Persico, which has always sought perfection and the complete satisfaction of customer needs, has decided to develop a system as powerful as easy to use. Indeed, at any time all the information related to the machine can be checked so to obtain an overview of its operation.
The panel is also equipped with a signaling system, able to report any warnings or alarms of the machine, not only informing the operator about possible risks, but also providing all the information necessary to solve them.
The ACS system allows Persico specialized technicians to offer immediate remote assistance, letting them connecting directly to the panel and adjust the main parameters of the machine, quickly solving any problem.
Among the most interesting features, stands out the ease of interconnection (4.0), both with the factory network, and with the flesh pumps – Dynamic pumps or other models: by clicking on the specific section of the panel, it is possible to have full access to the pump and its functions.
